（1） 制備PVC糊料，所述PVC糊料包含由PVC組成的第一組分、由增塑劑、穩定劑組成的第二組分和由填料、加工助劑、功能助劑組成的第三組分，這些組分通過攪拌方式相互混合成為所述PVC糊料。
（2） 在PVC糊料制過程中添加香精，通過攪拌方式混合均勻后后使用。
（3） 通過離型紙承載方式，涂覆上述PVC糊料；通過加熱方式將其膠化成膜，并與織物粘結成 PVC革。
